Glenn Youngkin's directives, Fairfax County Public Schools, Virginia's largest school district, has announced its refusal to adhere to the state's prescribed gender policies, igniting a contentious clash over transgender rights and parental control. In a statement to Fox News, the governor's office warned, "The Fairfax County school board is expected to follow the law."
