County of Charles City issued the following announcement on May. 27.
Following a competitive application process, the Charles City County Board Of Supervisors voted unanimously to appoint constituent Bryon M. Adkins, Sr. to serve as the District Tree representative Lewis Black. Additionally, he will be eligible to run in the November 2021 election to continue serving in this role. Adkins was sworn into office on Monday, May 24, in a ceremony held at the Charles City County administrative offices.
