The Winchester Department of Social Services (WDSS) will host an Open House on Tuesday, December 6 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at its office building located at 24 Baker Street in Winchester.
During the Open House, attendees will have the opportunity to speak with current employees and explore available career options. The event will focus on recruiting Family Services Specialists, and individuals will be able to apply for positions onsite.
“We’re excited to host this Open House and introduce ourselves to professionals who are interested in joining our outstanding team,” stated WDSS Director Amber Dopkowski. “Family Services Specialists are so important to the wellbeing of many families in our city that need our support.”
Pre-registration is not required to attend the Open House. Though encouraged, attendees are not required to bring a resume. Onsite interviews will be granted to candidates who possess:
- A baccalaureate degree in the human services field; or
- A baccalaureate degree in any field accompanied by a minimum of two years appropriate and related experience in a human services-related area
