The King George County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing pursuant to Va. Code Section 46.2-809 to receive input regarding the designation of a no through truck route restriction on Route 206 (Dahlgren Road) between Route 3 and 301, on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be possible, in the Revercomb Board Room, 10459 Courthouse Drive, King George, Virginia 22485. Requests for additional information can be made by contacting the County Administrator’s Office during normal business hours at (540) 775-9181.
A copy of the proposed Resolution is available for review in the County Administrator’s Office and will also be made available in the meeting agenda packet available at https://www.kinggeorgecountyva.gov/. The alternate route for unrestricted truck traffic would be to travel directly to/from Route 3 to/from Route 301 without using Route 206 as a cut through between Route 3 and Route 301.
