Special Exception Applications SE-21-07, SE-21-08, SE-21-09, and SE-21-10 have been submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning for a Hearing before the BZA at its June 28, 2022 Meeting. SE-21-07- A special exception request by Carol E. Steele, County Administrator for Gloucester County, on behalf of Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad Inc., property owner, under Article 14 of the Zoning Ordinance, Administrative Procedures, §14-16, Special Exceptions. The applicant is requesting establishment of a 150-foot, self-supporting commercial communication facility type IV for Broadband service. The subject property is addressed as 7598 Dutton Road and is further identified as Tax Map parcel 11-34F; the property lies in the Petsworth Magisterial District and is zoned Rural Countryside (RC-1).

SE-21-08- A special exception request by Carol E. Steele, County Administrator for Gloucester County, on behalf of the Brent C. Heath Living Trust and Rebecca D. Heath Living Trust, property owner, under Article 14 of the Zoning Ordinance, Administrative Procedures, §14-16, Special Exceptions. The applicant is requesting establishment of a 150-foot, self-supporting commercial communication facility type IV for Broadband service. The subject property is an unaddressed parcel adjacent to 7900 Daffodil Lane and is further identified as Tax Map parcel 26-70A; the property lies in the Ware Magisterial District and is conditionally zoned Rural Conservation (RC-2).

SE-21-09- A special exception request by Carol E. Steele, County Administrator for Gloucester County, on behalf of the Gloucester County School Board, property owner, under Article 14 of the Zoning Ordinance, Administrative Procedures, §14-16, Special Exceptions. The applicant is requesting establishment of a 150-foot, self-supporting commercial communication facility type IV for Broadband service. The subject property is addressed as 9306 Guinea Road and is further identified as Tax Map parcel 52-219; the property lies in the York Magisterial District and is zoned Suburban Countryside (SC-1).

SE-21-10- A special exception request by Carol E. Steele, County Administrator for Gloucester County, on behalf of the Gloucester County School Board, property owner, under Article 14 of the Zoning Ordinance, Administrative Procedures, §14-16, Special Exceptions. The applicant is requesting establishment of a 150-foot, self-supporting commercial communication facility type IV for Broadband service. The subject property is addressed as 2991 Hickory Fork Road and is further identified as Tax Map parcel 30-48; the property lies in the Petsworth Magisterial District and is zoned Suburban Countryside (SC-1).
