Thacker Ace Hardware in Colonial Heights is opening its doors on March 25, 26 and 27.
Located at 27 Dunlop Vlg, the new hardware store will bring DIY lovers a unique and personal experience when shopping for home maintenance needs.
"The store has been designed to reflect the needs of the Colonial Heights community, including solutions to everyday home maintenance needs, as well as an extensive array of high-quality products in categories such as paint, lawn and garden," Ace officials said in a press release.
Ace has been around for 90 years, according to the release.
“Our mission is to provide customers with the neighborly advice and assistance they have come to expect from Ace,” Ace Hardware said, according to the release. “We look forward to becoming a helpful and valuable neighbor to the community, both inside and outside the walls of our store.”
Ace was ranked in 2014 highest in the nation for customer satisfaction, the release states.
"The store is packed with thousands of essential products and supplies, including some of the most respected brand names and best-selling items to help people take care of their homes," Ace officials said in the release. "Key product offerings include paint, lawn and garden, hardware, electrical, plumbing, automotive and home décor, as well as niche products such as Yeti, Scotts, STIHL, Big Green Egg, Milwaukee, Ben Moore, Traeger, Weber."
