City of Charlottesville issued the following announcement on Nov. 24
Charlottesville missing person Tonita Lorice Smith was found deceased in the City of Harrisonburg, VA on November 23, 2021. The Harrisonburg Police Department is conducting a death investigation. Media inquiries should be made to them through their Public Information Officer.
