City of Waynesboro issued the following announcement on Nov. 23
Community Action Partnership of Staunton, Augusta and Waynesboro (CAPSAW)'s Consolidated Funding Pool Application is open.
Consolidated Funding Pool applications are accepted every other year and include a blending of all funding sources. Grantees selected for funding through this process complete extensive demographic forms, quarterly statistical reporting, and participate in regularly occurring site visits. Programs and services are provided to income eligible families with income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Line in most cases. Some specific services are able to expand eligibility to at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line.
