County of King William issued the following announcement on Jun. 2.
King William County is now accepting competitive sealed proposals for the services of a qualified contractor to appraise real property at its fair market value as of January 1, 2023, as stated in Title 58.1-3201 of the Code of Virginia, and to perform a comprehensive sales study with corresponding appraisal manual for the purpose of this reassessment of real property. This reassessment shall include taxable and nontaxable parcels and exclude the reassessment of public service properties. Download the complete RFP packet using the link below.
