Gloucester County issued the following announcement on March 9

Special Exception Application SE-22-01 has been submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning for a Hearing before the BZA at its March 22, 2022 Meeting. Those interested in reviewing this application can access this document at the following link: Special Exception Application SE-22-01. The following is a general description of the application:

A special exception request by Wilson Creek Investments, LLC, applicant, and property owner, Wayne A. Savage, P.E., agent, under Article 14 of the Zoning Ordinance, Administrative Procedures, §14-16, Special Exceptions. The applicant is requesting establishment of a “miniwarehouse,” an 80’ x 200’ conditioned storage building with parking and an access drive as an extension of Safe Harbor Storage to the south. The applicant is also requesting embedded variances of 172.3 feet to the 200-foot front setback requirement and 31-feet to the 50-foot side setback requirement of the I-1 (conditional) zoning line. The subject property is addressed as 4091 George Washington Memorial Highway and is further identified as Tax Map parcel 45-390; the property lies in the York Magisterial District and is split-zoned Business (B-1) and conditional Industrial (I-1); the portion of the property subject to this request is zoned Business (B-1).
