The Board of Directors of the King George County Service Authority will hold a public hearing in the Multi-Purpose Room at the King George Sheriff’s Office located at 10445 Government Center Blvd., King George, VA   22485 at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday June 21, 2022.

The public hearing is to address the proposed FY22/23 budget.   Those wishing to provide written comments concerning the proposed budget may provide comments via email or mail.   Email comments to: cmiller@co.kinggeorge.state.va or mail your written comments to King George County Service Authority, Interim General Manager, 10459 Courthouse Drive, Suite 200, King George, VA  22485.   Any questions pertaining to the budget may be directed to the General Manager’s Office at (540) 775-2746 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

Charges for Services = $7,350,226

Non-Revenue Receipts = $85,038

Total Revenues = $7,435,264

Proposed Expenditures

Water Department = $2,031,605

Sewer = $3,526,327

Reserve Fund Balance = $348,476

Transfers/Reserves = $149,320

Capital Projects Debt Service = $1,379,536
