Please be aware of recent phishing attempts to access persons’ Electronic Benefits accounts. 

This is a reminder to never give out personal information to unknown sources, and the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) will never contact contact EBT cardholders asking for their account information or PIN number.  Lost or stolen cards should be reported to the Customer Care Center at 1-866-281-2448 or their local department of social services.
