The Kiwanis Club is sponsoring the Downtown Waynesboro Halloween Trick or Treat and Costume Contest on Friday, October 28, 2022, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Trick or treating will begin about 3:30 p.m. followed by the Kiwanis Club costume contest beginning about 4:50 p.m. and ending about 5:50 p.m.
