Celebrate the community’s Irish and Scottish heritage at the Old Town Winchester’s Celtic Fest on Saturday, March 12 from noon to 9:00 pm. This festival is free, and activities will take place inside Old Town Winchester businesses and along the Loudoun Street Mall (weather permitting).
