Horn's Gloucester Ace Hardware celebrates a 3-day grand opening this weekend.
America’s most celebrated “helpful place” is celebrating a grand opening March 17-19 in Gloucester, VA. Horn's Gloucester Ace Hardware, located at 7307 John Clayton Memorial Hwy , brings the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service, paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products, to Gloucester residents.
"We're ready to CELEBRATE Gloucester! Join us for our OFFICIAL Grand Opening Celebration. All weekend we'll have special sales throughout the store. And giveaways EVERY DAY!!" Horn's Gloucester Ace Hardware said in their Facebook event announcement.
Customers can come in to enjoy the chance to win a variety of giveaways all weekend long. On Friday, stop in and enter to win an EGO POWER+ Straight Shaft Battery String Trimmer valued at $249.00. On Saturday, enter to win a Weber Spirit II E-210 Gas Grill valued at $499.00. On Sunday, customers can enter to win a Benjamin Moore Paint A Room Makeover set valued at $150.00. During all three days the store will offer the chance to win Benjamin Moore Paint, a $50 ACE Gift Card, or a gift certificate from Northern Neck Popcorn Bag.
The 3-day grand opening includes special events for customers to enjoy each day. On Friday, the first 100 customers will receive a free Ace t-shirt and a free sample of gourmet popcorn from Northern Neck Popcorn Bag. There will also be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday at noon. On Saturday the store is hosting a cookout from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. complete with free hotdogs and drinks. On Sunday, the store will be offering free coffee and donuts from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Exclusive offers during the store's 3-day event include $5 off any purchase of $25 or more of regular-priced merchandise on Friday; a free Ace 5-gallon bucket given to the first 100 customers plus 20% off everything you can fit into the bucket on Saturday; and 50% any one regular-priced item under $30 on Sunday. Customers will also receive $5 off gallons of Clark+Kensington, Benjamin Moore, and Royal paint all weekend long.
